Gaspé, November 5, 2005 – The Copper Interpretation Centre wins two awards at the Desjardins Côte-de-Gaspé Chamber of Commerce Gala. The Not-for-profit Organisation Award was presented to Centre’s president, Pierre-Paul Dupuis, and general director, Francine Chouinard by Guy Lelièvre, Gaspé MNA.

The Human Resources Development Award for Training and Labour Relations, was presented to Centre’s president, Pierre-Paul Dupuis, and general director, Francine Chouinard by Jeanine Lapointe of Emploi Québec. The Gala, chaired by Évangéliste Bourdages as President of Honour, saluted winners in fourteen award categories.
